Downtown Redding Parklet Inspires Statewide Policy

Thanks to Caltrans District 2 (headquartered in downtown Redding) and McConnell Foundation grantee, Shasta Living Streets, a downtown Redding parklet on California Street (a Caltrans highway) inspired the establishment of Caltrans’ statewide parklet policy. Here it is:
