Fairchild Medical Center – Yreka, CA
For more than 27 years, The McConnell Foundation has been a committed partner to Fairchild Medical Center and the communities of Siskiyou County. The Foundation provided a $1 million grant in support of the hospital expansion project, joining other philanthropic partners in helping make this important investment in regional healthcare possible.
The expansion includes an enhanced Emergency Department and a new hospital laboratory. These improvements increase access to critical, life-saving services for patients close to home. The project also creates opportunities to expand patient care within the existing facility and increase operating room capacity, strengthening Fairchild Medical Center’s ability to provide timely, high-quality surgical care.
