Briefing on Shasta College Community Leadership Center for Downtown Collaborative

Today Program Officer for Community Vitality, Rachel Hatch shared project updates about the Shasta College Community Leadership Center with the Downtown Collaborative. The project will be built at the corner of Tehama & California Streets, at the northern end of the Block 7 project.

The purpose of the Downtown Collaborative is to better coordinate and amplify activities happening in the downtown core of our city. More than 21 groups participate on a monthly basis, including Viva Downtown, many local arts organizations, Shasta College, a city council liaison and more.
