How do we choose major projects?

Since 1988 The McConnell Foundation has been funding major projects in partnerships with nonprofits, government entities and public schools, in areas such as: Arts & Culture – Bridges – Clinics – Community Centers – Education – Fireworks – Food Distribution – Hospitals – Housing – Libraries – Mental Health – Museums – Playgrounds – Trails & Open Space – Recreation – Theaters – Youth & Senior Services. What makes a successful project? Broad-based community need and support, sustainable goals and objectives, multiple funding sources, passion and enthusiasm. If your community has a priority project that is in the design and development phase, and you are seeking funding, contact us here.
