Does the Foundation make grants to churches, houses of worship, or organizations that promote religious purposes?

 In

Faith-based organizations designated by the IRS as tax-exempt 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) that do not discriminate — whether in employment practices, provision of services or otherwise —  in regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, pregnancy, political ideology, age, creed, religion, heritage, ancestry, national origin, veteran status, disability unrelated to job or course of study requirements, or any other characteristic protected by law, may submit grant requests for nonsectarian projects if the project and organization have no bias to any particular religion; the project and organization serve the entire community without regard to belief; and the project and organization require no religious teaching, directive or requirement to receive services.
