#WhatIfRedding Could Bring New Markets Tax Credit Investment to Downtown?

On January 20-21st, staff from Shasta College and The McConnell Foundation attended the Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit conference to seek potential investment in the Shasta College Community Leadership Center. For a taste of the conference material, check out the agenda here.

The extended team joined the Redding contingent, including consultants from Equity Community Builders and Ginsberg Jacobs.

In meetings with potential investors from Community Development Entities and Community Development Finance Institutions, the team was joined via Zoom by leaders who will be key to the Shasta College Community Leadership Center going forward: Susan Schroth, Jerry Brown & Ryan Loughrey.
